MyMessyMoney (MMM) is our loyalty program that rewards you, our customers, with points when completing certain activities such as making a purchase.
This is our way of showing our appreciation to you, our wonderful customers! You’ll earn points for completing activities on our website, like regular visits and for making purchases. You can use your MessyMoney to earn discounts off future orders, so the more you spend the more you save!
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. You'll earn 100 points just for opening an account!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including signing up for an account and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the MyMessyMoney widget in the bottom left corner, then select the *Earn Points* tab in the menu. We'll be adding more activities soon so keep an eye out!
How do I view my balance?
Your balance is visible within the MyMessyMoney widget, bottom left of the screen.
How do I redeem my points?
First click the MyMessyMoney widget in the bottom left corner, then select the tab called *Get rewards*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we currently offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Keep checking back as we'll be adding more rewards soon, so keep an eye out!
I've bought from you before, can I get points for my previous purchases?
Providing you have an account with us already, we are more than happy to provide you with points for your previous purchases. Orders between June 2019 - March 2020 will qualify for 3 points per £1 spent, while other orders in 2019 can earn 1 point per £1 spent.
The 2019 Easter Sale (18th-23rd April) and Black Friday Sale (27th Nov-2nd Dec) will be awarded at 1 point per £1 spent.
Please contact us with your 6 digit order numbers, the account name and account email and we'll add the points to your account. If you've multiple accounts, we are unable to combine points. Points for orders before June 2019 are not guaranteed and are awarded at our discretion.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
• Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
• Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
• Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Why did my account balance go down?
You cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
Why would you want to leave? If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be removed from the scheme. We'll remove you as soon as we can and you will lose any points you have achieved.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
Please use the LiveChat widget, bottom right of the screen, or our contact form.
Periodically we may increase or decrease the points values without notice.
Points are obtained for product prices only and exclude all postage costs.
We reserve the right to refuse to add points to your account for purchases before January 2020.
The MyMessyMoney program is open to all customers who have an active account at MessySupplies.com. If we feel you're abusing the system, we reserve the right to remove your account without notice and without reimbursing the collected points. We also reserve the right to refuse points to any customer without justification or cause.
