Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your order, please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify the situation ASAP.
 
Damaged Items
If your parcel is visibly damaged when delivered, before opening we highly recommend taking an initial image. If products inside the parcel are damaged these too should be photographed to ensure swift action is taken in recovering your costs. If returning damaged items, you will be reimbursed postage upon receipt of proof of postage. If proof of postage is not available, we cannot reimburse.
 
Note: We must be notified of damages absolutely no later than 2 days from delivery date.
 
I’ve changed my mind
That’s ok! If you change your mind within 12hrs, there is a chance we haven't processed the order yet, so send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you. If we've processed/are processing your order, there may be a 10% admin fee. 

If you change your mind once dispatched/arrived, you can return your parcel to us, providing you cover the return carriage. Once the item has been received by us and approved, we will credit a product value refund minus a 10% admin fee to the original payment method. This can take up to 10 business days to activate and process.
 
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from delivery date.
 
Returning the goods
If you want to return an item, please contact us first. Once the return has been approved, please abide by the following:

  • The product should be unused and unopened (unless damaged).
  • The product should be returned in original wrapping / packaging.

Any products returned which contravenes this policy will not be liable for a refund or replacement.
 
Products Excluded from Returns
We are unable to accept returns on any liquid based product which include, but not limited to, all Ready Mixed items, Silly String and various cleaning products. Avalanche Foam Spray can only be accepted if returned in sealed packs of 6 or 12 cans. If we deem the packet as open, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.
 
International Returns
All terms listed in this document apply to international returns, however should import charges be applied to the returned parcel, we will not be liable for this and will deduct this from the total product value refund. 
 
Distance Selling Regulations
MessySupplies adheres to current distance selling regulations and you are entitled, as a customer, to warrant these regulations where applicable.
