Packaging

Discreet packaging consisting of jiffy bags, DPD branded bags, cardboard boxes or plastic containers (Mega Ready Mixed only).
• The Ready Mixed boxes feature a ‘Handle with care – Liquid’ sticker and a 'Perishable item, use by' sticker.
• There is no exterior ‘MessySupplies’ branding on any parcel
• Shipping labels may include a return address 

Inside your parcel
• All products will feature a MessySupplies branded sticker which identifies each product
• We may include branded mixing instructions and on occasion marketing / promotional material
• If you'd prefer these weren't included, please leave a note during checkout
• Unless requested we do not include an invoice or packing slip
• VAT invoice: You will receive an automated email once your order has been dispatched which includes a VAT invoice as standard

• Cart value must be at least £75, applies to UK customers only
• Delivery is within 5 business days via DPD, MyHermes, Royal Mail or Parcel Force

• Delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch, but allow up to 10 business days

 Royal Mail Express (3-5 Business Days) 
• We aim to dispatch within 2 business days
• Sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class
• Delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch, but allow up to 10 business days
• Tracking is not provided with this service

 DPD Delivery (1-3 Business Days) 
• We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
• DPD aim to deliver next day, but allow up to 3 business days

• Minimum weight of the pallet is 150kgs
• Ensure you've adequate facilities for accepting an arctic delivery
• Any damages / concerns must be notified within 24hrs of delivery

• If our booking system doesn’t recognise the address provided, we may contact you for further details
• We will not re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied

• If parcels are refused delivery or returned to us because of a failed collection, this may incur additional charges which will be deducted from any refunds

    International Deliveries

    Customers are responsible for any import taxes/vat that may apply. For more information, please refer to your own countries government website. Failure to pay import duty may result in your parcel being returned at a premium.

    When sending parcels outside United Kingdom, we must complete a Customs Declaration which may or may not be attached to your parcel upon delivery. The Customs Declaration may contain the following information: Company name, address and telephone, a breakdown of the products ordered (usually the chemical name and definitely not ‘gunge’) including quantity and value.

    Inside your parcel
    • All products will feature a MessySupplies branded sticker. This identifies each product
    • Branded mixing instructions and possibly marketing material will be included in your parcel
    • If you'd prefer these weren't included, please leave a note during checkout or email us
    • Unless requested we do not include an invoice or packing slip
    • If a VAT invoice is required, this is usually sent via email shortly after dispatch

     International Budget Economy 
    We aim to dispatch within 3 business days
    • This service is NOT TRACKED.
    • Royal Mail may use a third-party service within your country
    • This will be your local postal service E.G. USPS in USA or Deutsche Post in Germany
    • Delivery is usually no more than 15 days from dispatch, but Royal Mail suggest allowing up to 45 business days
    • Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate
    • If parcel is lost or not delivered, any refunds owed will be via store credit only.

    ➽ International Tracked / Signed
    • We aim to dispatch within 3 business days
    • Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed service
    • Royal Mail may use a third-party service within your country
    • This will be your local postal service E.G. USPS in USA or Deutsche Post in Germany
    • Delivery is usually no more than 12 days from dispatch, but Royal Mail suggest allowing up to 45 business days
    • Tracking can be provided if requested
    • Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate

    Economy by USPS (US ONLY)
    • Dispatched within 48 hours and usually delivered within 12 business days
    • This service is only available to US customers
    • Basic tracking available
    • Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate

    • Usually sent via DPD or DHL
    • Dispatched within 48 hours and usually delivered within 9 business days
    • DPD: Comprehensive tracking information sent to SMS and/or E-Mail

    ➽ Super Express
    • Usually dispatched via UPS, your order will be fast tracked with priority processing for dispatch within 24 hours, Monday to Friday excluding Public/Bank Holidays
    • Order by 9am weekdays for same day dispatch
    • UPS are professional, very reliable and proficient in worldwide deliveries
    • Premium delivery worldwide delivered within 5 business days
    • Comprehensive tracking information sent to SMS and/or E-Mail
    • Not guaranteed but enjoys a high success rate

    Exclusions
    • We cannot send to any PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or any other form of drop-off points where a signature cannot be obtained. Terms and Conditions apply.
    • Some services have options to divert to drop-off locations, however we must address the parcel to a physical residential or business address
    • We’re unable to send Ready Mixed, Avalanche, Silly String, VEC and some cleaning products outside UK & EU.

    • If Customs hold the parcel for inspection / approval this can delay transit times and is totally out of our control so we cannot offer refunds for Customs delays.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the product value only minus 10% admin and any returns fees incurred will also be deducted.
